Attorney Joseph limits his practice to Workers' Compensation, Employment Law and Educational Law. He has handled litigation of Workers' Compensation Petitions before Workers' Compensation Judges, the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board, as well as the courts of Pennsylvania. He is well versed in the issues of subrogation, Supersedeas Fund reimbursement and utilization process, as well as effective risk management and loss control prevention programs necessary for effective and successful claims management administration. In addition, Attorney Joseph also serves as solicitor to three area School Districts, an Intermediate Unit and a local College, providing general counsel, as well as litigation and employment law related services. Attorney Joseph's employment law practice includes labor negotiations, grievance arbitration, unfair labor practice matters, claims of employment discrimination, unemployment compensation, and civil rights and disability claims.
