Attorney Profiles

Attorney Martinucci provides public and private sector employers with legal advice and representation in employment and civil rights matters. He represents clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission against allegations of employment-related discrimination and harassment. He has successfully litigated wrongful discharge and employment discrimination cases before various state and federal courts in Western Pennsylvania. Additionally, he defends municipal governments, police departments, authorities and school districts, together with their employees, against alleged civil rights violations and related claims. Attorney Martinucci conducts public and private sector labor negotiations and represents clients in grievance arbitrations and unfair labor practice proceedings. He also litigates wage and hour claims. Presently, Attorney Martinucci is the chief Solicitor for the County of Erie.
